I think he said Bromley’s, which at first almost sounded like Romney’s Cocktail.
There is much on the 'Net about turmeric and anti-inflammatory activity of turmeric's curcumin. Plus its antiviral, and antifungal properties. I have personal experience with the latter two. I reckon. Appartently I did not wash some fruits and vegetables well enough and I experienced severe immobilizing abdominal pain which a table spoon of turmeric ended within 20 minutes.
