Let's go there:
if Obama thinks he's losing, will he allow safe and fair elections on November 6? And if he does lose, will he peacefully turn over power to Mitt Romney on January 20, 2013? Or will he cling to power "by any means necessary," as a highly placed insider alleges?

That's the question recently posed by retired Major General Jerry Curry in the Daily Caller, in light of horrifying reports that the Social Security Administration is buying 174,000 rounds of hollow-point bullets for distribution to 41 locations in the U.S.
According to Major General Curry, Social Security's ammo spree follows the purchase by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) of 46,000 rounds of hollow-point ammunition.

Most terrifying of all, Major General Curry reports that the Department of Homeland Security ordered 750 million rounds of hollow-point ammunition in March, then subsequently ordered an additional 750 million rounds, including bullets capable of penetrating walls.
"This is enough ammunition to empty five rounds into the body of every living American citizen," ....
I strongly suggest that you read Major General Curry's article for yourself, so you can appreciate the full horror of what he describes. After pointing out that Congress has done nothing to investigate these weapon purchases, Major General Curry, a 40-year veteran, concludes with these chilling words:

I would think this article was over-reacting except for the fact of all the executive orders and the stock-piling of ammunition. Those 2 things alone speak volumes of what they have planned for this country. Never mind all the little quips and comments about having a civilian army. I think the starting point will be when Israel hits Iran, that will throw some serious economic upheaval around and give Obama all he needs to start putting into action all the EO’s he’s been signing. He will cite the precedences listed in the article to say he needs to stay in power for the good of the country.
What is more worrisome is the fact that these purchases were “found out” and the cat was let out of the bag. How about the purchases we don’t know about?
The Marxists have done everything possible legally to disarm us so that they can have their way, and now we have entered the physical part of taking over the free people.
It ain’t gonna happen. They might be foolish enough to try, but it will not be permitted to happen. Period.

If there's any "secret plan" going on here, it's most likely nothing more than the intention to defend government assets during a civil disturbance caused by a crashed economy.
You don't just stock pile bullets if your intent is a coup.
There just ain't that many bureaucrats willing to die to keep Obama in power.....

IF Obama loses the election under the current election rules in place, (i.e. Electoral College defeat), he will leave.
You may have whining about Popular Vote, IF it is close, but it will stop at whining.
Any attempts by this administration to stay in office by force of power, will be defeated.
It doesn’t matter how much ammo they’ve ordered, there aren’t enough trained paper pushers to use it effectively.
And there aren’t enough compliant military and law enforcement to implement any such unlawful orders.

But this time we have a narcissistic would-be dictator in charge who has put in place executive orders that concentrate power in his hands and has directed the SS administration to buy zillions of rounds of hollow-tipped bullets to do what - sounds a little different to me.

But, but, but the press bought the excuse that the ammo was just for security guards... Eff the Washington Post, LA Times and New York Times.
