The Left: An Occupy organizer admitted over the weekend that the goal of his protest group was to "overthrow the capitalist system and build communism." So the cat's out of the bag again on this bunch. Where is the outrage?
The true agenda of the Occupy movement has been revealed — it's a totalitarian one. Billing itself as a spontaneous people's revolution and embraced by the media and Democrat political establishment, Occupy is really a destructive band of thugs whose goal is the violent demise of democracy.
Speaking at a "People's Assembly" in Washington, former Amalgamated Transit Union local 689 president Mike Golash told Occupy members his goal was to "make revolution in the United States, overthrow the capitalist system and build communism."
The Occupy organizer added that he was "trying to learn something from the examples of the Soviet Union, Red China and Castro's Cuba. ... What can we learn from them so we can build a more successful movement to transform capitalist society?" he asked.
This attachment to the miserable failure of communism — an ideology that left 100 million people dead in the 20th century and met its demise as an idea after millions rose up in 1989-90 to repudiate it — is insane.

Not to try it is the obvious answer. It is a matter of some astonishment that the Marxist True Believer can see every single country organized under Marxian principles turn into a ruling-class police state that its non-Party-member citizens want nothing more than to escape, and still fervently believe that except for some unknown factor it all would have worked out as theory describes. The unknown factor is the system itself. It does not work.
The reason for the continuing attraction of this failed dogma to the young and uninformed is very simple - it provides a sanction for committing violence and theft, and violence and theft happen to be fun so long as you're not the victim. For the victim there is only dismissal that somehow they had it coming. People whose political insight goes no deeper than that are unworthy of running a society but it doesn't prevent them from trying.

Same here and I let them have it with both barrels when I explain that “This country is a Constitutionally guided Representive Republic’. They look at me like I had horns growing out of my head. Its really not their fault, its what they are taught in their Socialist oriented school system. I think the Socialists/Communists have been working toward this for a long time.
The word OCCUPY itself is, to me, a word of TERROR.
The Left, OWS or the homosexual crowd of losers would want millions of us on the other side DEAD. To any Republicans, and there may have been some at first in OWS, you are totally naive fools.
Right now, the excuse I hear more then any other is that communist nations are having to compete with free markets and that if it where not for those pesky capitalist, the world would be a communist paradise.
So, we have the war against capitalism, and it's being waged all over the world.
As we've seen with the Occupy Movement, once they get tired of trying to convince and indoctrinate everyone to their way of thinking, they WILL turn violent.
Once they turn violent, as they always have in the past, that's when things will get real interesting.

I think that Julian Assange suddenly emerging again in the news big time is just more hand in glove with the diversionary tactics of Obama. At one of Assange’s “rallies”, there was at least one guy wearing that weird evil looking mask that the OWS crowd was wearing all over the world a few months back. (The “cohesion” symbol of the occupy crowd, I guess.) Assange is all “look at me”, “look at me”, and why?
The problem is,most of the GOPe,is leftwing, not liberal,but leftwing and is fully onboard most of Obama’s agenda. Every once in a while,mostly around election time,the repubs give us a little ‘Theatre’ and pretend their Conservative. The only time the repubs make a vicious all out assault,is when they are attacking Conservatives as in last years Debt Ceiling Fight. Remember Boehner telling everyone ,”To get their asses in line” and McCain referring to the Tea Party as “Hobbitts”,for daring to oppose a raise in the debt ceiling? Other than Sarah Palin,there aren’t many actual Conservatives in the repub Party!
For starters, you idiots should learn that those countries did not have an armed general populace. The United States has 50 million gun owners. Most of whom would rather kill the Communists then be their slaves. Therefore, you will never succeed here.
Insane liberal idiots. They keep doing the same thing other prior liberal idiots have attempted and expect that it will somehow, now, work.
Oh the ones before us didn’t do this right, or that right, or failed to deal with this, that, and the other. They were just not smart enough to pull it off, but we are this time.
Never ever look at the continual failures and admit their ideas are actually bad and can’t work because they are so 180 degree against the train of human nature.
Don’t forget theft and rape in their ramshackle tent slums. Maybe trying to prove who/can smell the worst without bathing and public sanitation.
