A jury on Tuesday turned a cold shoulder to a Knoxville man's claims he was justified in punching an assistant manager at a fast-food restaurant after a dispute over a hot fudge sundae.
"I just wanted to make sure he actually (left)," Skelton said. "I took two more steps out the door, and he hit me in the face."

I HATE when they do that. Violence was justified.
With this being a dispute over McDonald's food and a white guy as the target, I'd have to say that the dude showed incredible restraint by not beating him to death and/or inciting a riot.

There is a growing undercurrent in the US of some people filled to the brim with hate and anger, who thought Obama was the means by which they would project that hate and anger against others.
They craved somebody to blame all their problems on, to take out all the bad feelings they had. And to be richly rewarded for doing so.
Like the Weimar Germans traumatized by the depression and the hyperinflation, they already hated the Jews, and Hitler gave focus to that hatred. “It is because of the Jews you are poor. It is because of the Jews you suffer. The Jews cause all of the problems that torment your lives. You must strike out at the Jews for doing this!”
And this is what they wanted Obama to do. Against *someone*. But he just stumbled around, more filled with empty promises than the revenge they wanted.
And now they see that Obama’s time is coming to an end.
But the pressure, the anger, the hate, the personal pain is still there, or even worse. It is tearing them up inside.
And so they want to lash out. It doesn’t really matter against who, but if somebody is like the people they have blamed in the past, they are a better target.
The innocent person on the street is the person to violently attack. No other real motivation that to hurt someone else, that maybe by doing so some of what is in them will dissipate. To transfer the hate and anger to someone else.
But it doesn’t work. The problem is inside them, and if there is a cure, it is inside them as well. Though few will ever figure that out.
Whatever happens, these people are a threat to us all.
Not defending him but sauce belongs on the top.
You know, if an armed citizen would drop one of these morons once in a while the rest of ‘em might get a different outlook.
When you think about human nature, it rarely changes...does it?

Speaking of entitled. I have to be forced to go the grocery store with my wife. I’m sick of seeing the illegals and others of the Entitlement gang with 5 kids and carts piled high with all manner of food. In the same line are pensioners who look more like they are eeking out their last dollar to to buy what looks more like dog food.
America sucks like this.
