Well that would suck if I were the farm owner.

They can't dog leg around somehow? I'm really conflicted on this one - I respect private property rights but we need that pipeline, too.

Her attorneys were lying. They are a common carrier, TransCanada does not own the oil they move. It is a FERC regulated pipeline and has the required open season to allow any and all to bid to move their oil.
