Immigration agents sue to stop Obama's non-deportation policy

Saying they’re fed up with being told they can’t do their jobs, 10 immigration agents on Thursday sued the Obama administration to try to halt the president’s new non-deportation policy and an earlier memo instructing them not to go after rank-and-file illegal immigrants.

I know that we can be tempted (I know that I am sometimes) to think that there are no longer ANY good federal employees left in government. I need to see things such as this to remind myself that there actually still are good and well-meaning public service.

Peter King (R-NY)has indicated he’s going to file, but I don’t see any evidence that has happened yet, so sadly enough, it would appear that this is the only lawsuit. It appears that the GOP is perfectly happy to acquiesce to the complete destruction of the rule of law.

this is sad and just offers more credence that every SOB in the Congress needs to get tossed. Congress’ favorability is at 12%, that sounds high to me.
