Barack Obama has always been known for his silken words, soaring rhetoric and ability to use language to his advantage.
Lately, however, the president seems to be losing command of the details. In a speech at a fundraiser in New York on Wednesday night, he took aim at Todd Akin, the political punch bag du jour on both sides of the political aisle.
‘Recently, some of you have been paying attention to the commentary of the Senator of Missouri, Mr Akin, who - the interesting thing here is that this is an individual who sits on the House Committee on Science and Technology, but somehow missed science class.
‘It's representative of a desire to go backwards instead of forwards, and to fight fights that we thought were settled twenty, thirty years ago.’
The problem is, Akin is a congressman who is running for a US Senate seat in Missouri. Senator Claire McAskill, Obama’s favourite Senator until a few months ago when she started to distance herself from him in an effort to win re-election, might not particularly appreciate the President having conceded her seat already.

Obama is not ‘losing command’ of details like the article states. The truth is that Obama can’t be bothered with the details of other people. He is the only thing that matters in his world. He truly is a narcissistic sociopath.

Oh please....during his suprise press conference the other day he called Gen. Martin Dempsey, “Marty Dempsey”, Gen. John Allen, “John Allen”. During Ranger Army Ranger SFC. Leroy Petry’s MOH ceremony he kept calling him Leroy. He didn’t even salute SFC. Salvatore Guinta, he hugged him! He can’t pronounce Corps. and the disgusting thing, can’t even remember the living troops he awarded the MOH to!
He is such a disgrace that he makes me want to puke every time I see his face......but especially when he is in front of our military!!!!

I also think his brain is probably pretty close to exploding due to the stress of the campaigning, the lying, the pretending, etc... I’m really surprised he hasn’t had a nervous breakdown (that we know of at least).
If he weren’t able to go golfing, and play basketball, and watch sports on TV all the time - instead of actually doing his job - he would’ve been toast already.
Treason attempting to hide behind a veneer of incompetence is my take on it... I shudder to think of what information has gone out “quietly” to our enemies when we hear these kinds of things in the national media.
I wonder, will we ever know the depths of this man’s betrayal? I don’t think the CIA, or the military will be writing a book about it - and yet, I think there will be long-lasting (and hopefully not devastating) effects of Obama & Co.’s treason. I pray he is held accountable, but I will not be holding my breath. I wonder if those with the power are still just trying to wish this away like a bad dream?
