Last week, Clare County Sheriff's deputies arrested Victorino Bahena Garcia, 32, after he reportedly spent the last two years sexually abusing a young girl.
The victim in this case is now 8-years-old.
If convicted, the Mexican national faces up to life in prison.
Garcia is currently being held at the Clare County Jail on $500,000 bond and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer has been issued as well.

In deference to bleeding heart liberals, we are filing an injunction with the Admin to change the title of this thread to “Undocumented Immigrant.........”
Grant them all amnesty and citizenship and the problem of illegal aliens committing crimes is no longer an issue.
So what is worse, a dumb Senate candidate that is unfamiliar with rape or an incumbent president who enables rapists?

And to be fair, with his language disadvantage, he probably thought he was qualifying for Obama’s dream act.....’brought here as a child’.....’have sex with a child’....very confusing.

Conservatives have a republican blindspot that doesn’t make it any easier to fight this stuff. Hell, the GOP doesn’t even want to talk about this stuff at all right now.
Conservatives who refuse to speak out are effectively giving our nation away.
I have no tolerance for these types of men. Lock them up in general population and let the other inmates take care of them. This should be a life sentence without parole.

How could a little girl be sexually abused for two years and at least her mom be totally clueless something was amiss...
