It’s not the crime, it’s the coverup. For whatever reason, Obama stood in front of television cameras and told the entire nation that what he was presenting is the 100% jim-dandy, you-betcha Long Form Birth Certificate of himself.
He lied to the entire nation. Of that I am totally convinced. Why? Because as I said in my earlier post, I am confident that Sheriff Joe’s men did a solidly professional job of investigating this issue and if he’s convinced that it’s a fake, it is. He has no reason at all to lie and if there was any way at all that the conclusions he made could be refuted, Obama’s minions in the MSM would have already done so. Publicly. Loudly!
Just what is on the original? Is there an original? These are immaterial issues at this point because what ever it is and whatever it says — even if it agrees 100% with what the fabricated copy says, it is most specifically NOT what he released. And this is something I think Romney understands.
Whatever that evidence is, Mitt’s gone over it all with a fine-toothed comb and even finer minds. He’s smart, he knows where to find the experts on any subject, and pays well for clear results. He’s also sure to have access to whatever Trump’s people dug up. And I am very confident that we didn’t get anywhere near the total data dump from those investigations.
Of course, Mitt is doubly cautious because he knows full well that if he plays this card, he’s going to have to play it all the way. If he shows the slightest hesitation or the merest whiff of backtracking, he loses.
Right then and there. They will destroy him.
That’s why I said he has to hammer that one point. Focus on that. Ask Obama to explain why he posted a forgery and challenge him to produce the original.
That, my friend is the E-Bomb. If he plays that card, it’s total war.
Try not to be so angry with us about this one. It really was just a lighthearted jab at Obama and his dubious family. It was funny! And yeah, if it was naked pictures of Romney's mom on the internet it would also be funny. And yeah, my mom would have told me, “For heaven's sake don't talk to that Obama kid. His mom is a tramp!”

You do comprehend that someone who is born an American citizen (yes, even those born overseas to American citizens) does not need to become “naturalized”, don’t you?

How about a softball question for the annointed one, “Is your real father Marshal Davis” While in NY I had the pleasure of viewing a daytime despicable show “ WHO’S YO DADDY” where the vile host maury Povich does DNA testing on men to find the daddy for women who have no idea who they slept with or how many. No. Obama’s got less than nothing at this point.
Alvin Onaka confirmed to AZ SOS Ken Bennett that the BC they have for Obama in Hawaii is not legally valid. That means that Obama has nothing he can show the world that has any legal weight - unless he’s got a BC from somewhere besides Hawaii. IOW, we already know that there are no legally-established birth facts for Obama based on a US birth certificate and never will be unless he presents his non-valid HI BC as evidence to “a judicial or administrative person or body” and they determine it to have probative value (as required by HRS 338-17).
But the very fact that the non-valid record they have claims a Kapiolani Hospital birth means that there is no reason for it to be late or altered. If he was born at Kapiolani as claimed, the hospital would have gathered all the information necessary, and if there were any problems or questions the HDOH would have called THE HOSPITAL to get them cleared up. Typos or minor changes don’t count as non-validating alterations. If Hawaii doesn’t vouch for the BC’s veracity (by calling it legally probative) it’s because there is something seriously wrong with the evidence provided.
And that’s why HI Gov Neil Abercrombie said in a Dec 2010 interview that this would cause problems for Obama’s re-election. He said that what they have in HI would not convince skeptics. And given what Onaka has revealed, we can say it didn’t convince the State of Hawaii either, because what they have is declared by HI to not be valid/probative. If even Hawaii, with its corruption and lenient practices, has rejected Obama’s documentation as too “fishy”, that is saying something.
You might want to stay on guard, there are a few more on here that continue to not understand this.

If Romney were to sincerely question Obama’s citizenship, Romney’s campaign would be over in an instant. Nobody, except a distinct minority of conservatives, cares enough about the issue, regardless of the validity of the concern about it.
Even if Obama is a foreign born, foreign raised, Soviet agent, secret Muslim and it all can be proven, the priority must be to move him along in November.
Sometimes you have to let things go, if there is no momentum to find out.

Alvin Onaka has confirmed that there ISN’T a legally valid document Obama can produce.
And if the HDOH has created an aged paper forgery, as Arpaio’s posse’s sources have said, that won’t work either, because legally the only way anything in Hawaii has probative value is if it is presented as evidence to a judicial or administrative person or body and determined to have probative value. As we’ve been told by the Obots ad nauseum over the last 4 years, no SOS can require Obama to provide his BC as evidence. The Obama people have been fighting all the “birther” attempts to pass laws requiring that. So there is no mechanism for Obama to present his non-valid BC as evidence. The only way that’s going to happen is if a SOS refuses to put him on a ballot and he sues.
But if that happens, the SOS will qualify for discovery, and it won’t be enough to just have a birth certificate. All the records that factor into the document’s veracity become critical - and that includes the microfilms, computer transaction logs, original affidavits which had to exist in order to end up with a late or altered filing (the 2 reasons for a discloseable numbered BC to be non-valid). At this point it also would include the records regarding at least 3 people in addition to Obama whose HI records disclosed directly by the HDOH in the past year have BC#’s that could not have been on their original BC’s in 1961...
If it comes up in the debates that his grandfather defected to Mexico may actually help Romney with the Hispanic vote because it will give him something in common with the Hispanic voter base so it may actually help him...; )
Romney isn’t the one who should be pursuing this. If we have any rule of law in this country, the state SOS’s should be pursuing this, knowing that if they don’t their state AG’s will prosecute THEM for fraud.
And I say that because we have a now-public document from HI state registrar Alvin Onaka confirming that Obama’s HI BC is not legally valid. There’s no way that Obama can qualify when we have no way of legally determining even how old Obama is.
Onaka would not verify any birth fact about Obama, including all the critical ones - date of birth, city and island of birth, mother’s name, and father’s name. He verified that those claims are on the BC they have, but he would not verify that Obama’s claims are actually true. The only reason allowable by law for him to not verify those facts upon request by a qualified requestor is if he CANNOT certify that the birth really happened that way. If the claims are on the BC they’ve got, the only reason left for him to not be able to verify those things is if the record they have is not legally valid.
This document by Onaka has been made public, and no SOS or state AG has any excuse to accept an Official Certification of Nomination that can be known immediately as perjurious, since nobody in the country can lawfully swear that Obama is eligible or the “duly chosen candidate of the DNC” given that any genuine BC Obama could have shown them would be legally non-valid.
IOW, it is an open public fact at this point that Obama has no legally-determined birth facts based on a HI BC. The cat is out of the bag in a published legal document straight from HI state registrar Alvin Onaka. At this point any lawyer who treats Obama as if he was eligible is engaging in open fraud.
There is no way that Mitt Romney should have to even touch this, if we have a system that functions at all.

I don’t think there’s even a remote chance of Romney saying anything at all about O’s mother. The fact that she was involved in more than one interracial marriage / relationships during a time when it was very taboo speaks for itself. There is no need for the whore label.

Romney’s father ran for president even though he was ineligible because he was an immigrant from Mexico. Romney is a first generation Mexican American.
