This week, a federal judge in Washington D.C. ruled against the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and its administrator, Lisa Jackson, and in favor of the state of West Virginia and the National Mining Association. The judge decided that the EPA illegally overstepped its authority by creating and enforcing water quality restrictions on West Virginia coal mining operations, and that the EPA should have left these decisions to state officials.

Guess he got the word from Obama that they needed to keep the coal states happy...especially Ohio and Pennsylvania...until after the election. As BO told Medved, the Russian PM, after the election, he’ll have more “flexibility.” In other words, don’t believe a word he says during the campaign.

Lisa Jackson is Jon Corzine with a vagina. She’s a wrecking ball in a pants suit. She IS a toxic substance.

Don’t hold back now, tell us what you think!

I’m not 100% convinced Jon Corzine doesn’t have a vagina.

Regardless, both belong in a federal penitentiary.

While out in the western part of the country, the federal government declassified the sub-bituminous coal, as coal, exempting it from all regulations that apply to real coal. The reason is that most of the eastern coal is on privately owned land and the sub-bituminous coal in the west is on federally leased land, mostly owned by Indian tribes, but they weren’t getting a good deal out of it, either.
