I would love to see that. The loss of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth was indeed a tragedy for all of Europe.

like every balanced system, the buffer state plays an important role. Poland in the 1700s was a Russian dominated place, but it still prevented Russia and Austria from going to war with each other and let them concentrate on the Turks.
If it had persisted, Turkey would be nonexistent now and the Balkans would be independent earlier.
