SALT LAKE CITY — Some have raised the question of whether college students who are here illegally could go to law school, and eventually become lawyers, or even judges.

Some states are looking into whether the requirements should be changed to become a lawyer, to allow more students who are here without documentation to start the process.

This is just what we need of bunch of law breakers breaking our laws, to be able to be practicing laws, they themselves cannot obey.

And just how many laws will these new lawyers have broken when they approach the Bar?
It is a sad sad day when the rule of law becomes the exception and illegals are given a pass.

Like the illegal immigrant in chief?

Over here, we have muslim missionaries becoming police lawyers.

Hey, "Some" (this one learned well from Katie Couric): How does "No" sound?

I'm sure Bill Clinton is all for it.

Exactly what we need.

Up to now the average attorney could have his house cleaned by Brazilian illegals, his lawn mowed by Mexicans, his taxi driven by a Haitian, his dinner cooked by a Salvadorean, ..., and never have to worry about *his* job being taken by an illegal.

Given that most of the scum in Congress are attorneys, this is getting a little closer to home.

Let the (domestic) parasitical class feel the pain for a change.

This country needs a reset button. Already our politicians and various levels of government exclude themselves from the laws we must obey and with each passing day it appears that created equal is superseded by more equal for those are criminal trespassers.

Bad enough, our ruling elite are attempting to win votes buy giving them exemptions to the nations laws but they are also giving them benefits with dollars stolen from us by the force of government.

Not only do we have a president with questionable heritage but a president who was forced to surrender his license to practice law yet it is OK for him to bypass congress with unconstitutional EOs.

We cannot be too far from the tipping point imposed on our founders by England.

By the way, we do have a reset button and if you look at it it was designed and implemented by Thomas Jefferson.

Why not we have an undocumented immigrant holding the office of President.

If an undocumented alien can be president, why not a lawyer?

It seems to me that every conviction made while using illegal lawyers would be and should be overturned.

“some states”

who are these some states?

illegal means illegal and no law degree. Considering the background check that state bars go through AND the bar exams there is no reason to allow this.

This must be coming from the entirely voluntary AMA which does NOT have most lawyers as members.

Another move by avaricious, self-serving illegals-—”just here for a better life.”

NOTE One of the basic tenents required by US law——is that a lawyer goes to court with “clean hands”——meaning no laws were broken in the legal process.

A non-citizen cannot serve on a jury.

How in the world can they be lawyers—officers of the court sworn to uphold the law-—and judges who are charged to administer the sacrosanct US justice system?

This must not be allowed to go forward——it will be the undoing of the US justice system.

seems a good fit. Most trial lawyers don’t give a crap about laws either.
