No...it frames Obama's actions today from the perspective of his Anti-Colonial father's beliefs and those same beliefs pushed upon him by his mom and Frank Marshall.
It explains his foreign policy in a much more clear light that just saying "because he's a socialist."
It is more than worth the 10 bucks to get in the theatre.
