Agreed...to God, government is nothing but a necessary evil.

Actually, though I’m as pro-life a Catholic as they come, I’m a FISCAL conservative who believes we should have a military second to none and defense that puts fear into the hearts of potential enemies.

I tend to be a little more libertarian on the rest.

i.e. I’d vote for someone who bought Smith, Friedman, Hayek, etc. 100% but was a flip-flopper on social issues.

Wait a minute....I AM.

Look, I agree with everything Ayn Rand did, except for her atheism.

>And just who would that be?

I think the woman that ran in the primary would be a good start. I suspect akin would have lost the primary if not for the democrat “support” he got.

>The problem is, eventually you have to replace a “generic” Republican with a real one.

Yes, but for this race akin blew it so we first need to get an R in the seat. Then that issue can be dealt with later with someone who can speak intelligently.

No Christian, nor conservative can be libertarian as defined by their party.

Don’t agree with much of the (L)ibertarian Party. They’re isolationist surrender monkeys.

I’m more of a small-”l” (l)ibertarian.

I think people are pretty much rational enough to think for themselves.

I think you merely spell it liberal with some conservatism.

You sit on a wobbly, contradictory stool.

Caesar been dead a lot of years. However, perhaps the prayers were carried by Saints or Guardian Angels.
