MSLSD, at the behest of the White House, IMO, shows extreme fear of "birther" issue and is desperate to frame it as racist even grabbing Condi after her speech on foreign policy to bait her into agreeing with that premise, which she ignores on the first attempt, but then says it is "an extreme" without the "racist" specifier set up by Matthews and Mitchell.

Who is the person that signs the final affadavit for Obama for this election?

How can we monitor this process this go-round?

Barry and his legal team with the compliance of the MSM and even the GOP have exploited legal loopholes allowing the “honor system” up to this point.

I don't know who will sign the DNC letter to the SOS’s this year but a pile of lawsuits are ready to be filed the minute the letters are signed.

The lawsuits are one thing and the federal bureaucratic process is another.

Focusing only on the bureaucratic process:

It would be nice to map out the ‘flow chart’ of the path that the certification process will take...i.e. who each individual is that occupies each office that the certification document must pass through.

How can a citizen learn about this process?

We need to know who generates and issues the Federal Form that must be certified.

We need to know what that form is and we need to compare it to Pelosi’s form.

We then need to make a game plan to monitor each step in the process.

We need to understand at which choke points we have the right to request accountability.

We need to find out which currently serving representatives might be willing to assist us.

There is no “federal” process. There are 51 or so independent elections of electors in each state and DC, IIRC, each with its own process. All of this has been extensively researched and discussed on FR...and on Fogbow on the Obot side.

Seems to me the republicans at the convention are doing a terrific job of noting how important a genuine education really is.

Also, seems to me that the really true, deep down and dirty RACISTS in our country are the democrats.

They are horridly full of low expectations and counting on the results of it to keep their voting block in line or in sync., The democrats diss, and slander and mock blacks or other minorities who walk away from this insidious drive to keep a tight control on their plantation in order to maintain their dependence upon government.

Democrats KILL the spirit and DRIVE to hit the dream because they know what happens when people wake up.

Every single democrat who opposes vouchers, who supports teachers' unions that force communities to keep inept, lazy sometimes ill educated teachers in the classrooms is acting like a genuine racist towards the victems of such shameful tactics; guilty of a racism that impacts its victems for life.

All you need to know about racism can be found in the democrat party these days.

Matthews and his ilk prove this point by exclusion of the marvelous speeches given by the black and hispanic and Puerto Rican speakers that the convention.

In order to keep their plantation victems dependent, angry and blinded to opposing ideologies, they leave out anything on the screen that might cause a light to go on within their fan base.

Matthews is a modern day Goebbels in my mind, using insidious means to deny his fellow Americans the full story.

Shameful. And so sad for our country.
