If you’d read the article you’d know the restaurant people declined to press charges and didn’t want this “artist” prosecuted..
The DA isn’t going to waste money charging someone when you have an uncooperative witness/victim.
I just read Jim Robinson’s restated “principles of Free Republic.” And then I read posters who are about bashing this state or that and making these outrageous comments about such things as “giving California to Mexico or to the Gays,” and I end up wondering just what they are using for brains. I love FR, and I respect the principles on which it was founded. These people who open their mouths before engaging their brains with all these counterproductive statements undermine what FR is supposed to be all about. I don’t think they are confused, illiterate, or not bright or thoughtful maybe. Thanks for your post.
