The Committee on Presidential Elections is chartered as an impartial, non-profit. They have organized our Presidential debates since 1988. Their own criteria requires each participating candidate to be natural born citizen, as required by the Constitution:

How do they establish NBC status? What’s their definition of NBC?
Why not pose to each candidate a simple “house cleaning” request:
Please explain for our audience how you qualify as a “natural born citizen” of the USA.
What does it mean for our country, today and for the future, if this question has become too controversial to ask of our candidates?

1. EVIDENCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL ELIGIBILITY
The CPD’s first criterion requires satisfaction of the eligibility requirements of Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution. The requirements are satisfied if the candidate:
a. is at least 35 years of age;
b. is a Natural Born Citizen of the United States and a resident of the United States for fourteen years; and
c. is otherwise eligible under the Constitution.
Let the games begin!
Senate Resolution 511 and Homeland Security agreed the definition of NBC was 1) born in the US and 2) of TWO US CITIZEN PARENTS. The usurper and Hillary were both on the committee so they signed agreement of the definition not one but twice.
I will gladly admit that I AM a ‘birther’... but will accept when he shows that he is legal (NBC)... He hasn’t done that yet....

Their "about" section says they were established in 1987. In light of such, I have to ask: Where the heck were they in 2008?!??!?
