Obama campaign officials predicted on Friday that Democrats will do a much better job delivering a substantive message at their convention than they say Republicans did at theirs.
Stephanie Cutter said. "Unlike Republicans who really just sought to tear down the president over the course of three days, you know, well make an affirmative case for the president, but also an affirmative case for where we want to take the country and how well strengthen the middle class."
Axelrod said, "The message we want to hammer home is that this president is committed by experience, by belief and whole-heartedly to rebuilding an economy in which every person who worked hard can get ahead, in which the middle class is secure, and in which Americans can have confidence that their children can look forward to something even more in the future," he said.

Axelrod: "... this president is committed by experience..." Experience? What experience? Playing golf and basketball don't count. Spending multi-hundreds of thousands of OUR tax dollars to take the Wookie on a date to NYC (where you caused hours long traffic jams) doesn't count either. Experience? HA!
Yeah!
You guys had an empty chair - we’re gonna have an empty sofa!
No it will not. Basically the GOP was a Tea Party convention. The Dems are going to be a Occupy Wall Street convention.
The people have all ready made it clear what they think of that freak show
I heard that their Convention Theme will be “There is No Hope, We Just Can’t Change”!
what are they “5”
Sure, nod nod, wink wink!
I don't have a Democrat decoder book so even though I'm sure there's a message there I just can't figure it out. /sarcasm
if anyone shows up
> Obama camp: Our convention will be better
How childish! And as childish as:
Carney: Obama Louisiana trip planned before Romney’s

I'm sure that's what all the media will be telling us for the next month... but that won't make it true.
Well let me just say this; I am from the “Show Me” state Missouri. I don’t need to watch the show. You ‘showed me’ enough. Let us show you Chicago!
Love it!
Hey Obama, you’ve had FOUR years to help the middle class, we have all seen how you have “helped” the middle class, higher taxes for your single payer Commie health care law. Im guessing the DNC Convention will include a free abortion for everyone who shows up
I had this comment in mind before I noticed your posting name, Upchuck. But I really expect their convention to be a complete PUKE FEST . . . not at all intended to disparage your handle.
Obamas convention will indeed be better.
The Dems are just more expert at hiding their liberal fascism from the People, with a cooperating MSM in aid, while the RINO GOP awkwardly tried to convince America that they are conservatives while in fact they are sell outs to conservative causes , across the board. That’s why we have a Tea Party.
It is this expertise of the Dems at hiding their radicalism under the camoflauge of pop music, movie stars, and group Heil-Hitler-like chants, that will definitely make their convention better according to popular opinion.
Meanwhile the GOP dies, as it should after it has failed to
have Tea PArty people like Sarah Palin speak at their so called “convention.” It was all “Sham Wow.” Clint Eastwood was the best and most skillfull speaker by far. That should tell you something.
Obama has experience where it counts. Molding a presidential image of complete falsehood to traduce America. Romney won’t stand a chance, he does not have the wit to combat Obama and win.
They’ve been practicing the same lies for four plus years, so they should be able to spew them forth again without a hitch providing that Slow Joe, Debbie Syphilis-Test-Shultz, Nancy Pukelosi and Brain Dead Harry are kept on short leashes.
They are planning to fill a stadium with 74,000 people on the last day for Obama. If Axelrod is handling it, they will do it the Chicago Way. Union bosses will make their members an offer they can’t refuse. Government workers will be compensated for their time. A fitting image for the Obama presidency—symbolism over substance.
No offense taken. I agree with you: a puke fest and a hugh joke.
They have indeed mastered the ability to throw parties.
Democrats host radical Muslims at Charlotte Posted on August 26, 2012 by ror1774 by Jack Minor August 24, 2012
The Democratic Party is sanctioning a Muslim prayer event in conjunction with its nominating convention in Charlotte that will feature a radical Islamic leader who has called for the overthrow of the filthy U.S. government and establishment of Islamic law.
Jumah at the DNC is being...presented by the Bureau of Indigenous Muslim Affairs, or BIMA, from Aug. 31 to Sept. 1. A brochure for the event says the group has been authorized by the Democratic National Convention (DNC) to conduct Jumah prayer as well as host festivities and Islamically related functions.
BIMA claims the event is nonpolitical and nonpartisan. However, the brochure for the event has a section for participants to support the DNC and make a contribution in an amount ranging from $500 to $10,000.
The Washington Times reported the DNC lists the Muslim event as an official function and claims that the Islamic leaders of the program are typical of the DNC community.
(Thanks for posting the article) ...and now for some truth.
Obama campaign officials (same ones who find everything ‘unexpected’) predicted on Friday that Democrats will do a much better job delivering a substantive message (More like substandard message) at their convention than ‘they say’ Republicans did at theirs.
Stephanie Cutter said. “Unlike Republicans who really just sought to tear down the president over the course of three days, you know (the obligatory phrase used by the immature and uneducated when they want you to agree with what they say, without question), well make a case for the Affirmative Action president, but also an affirmative Action case for where we want to take over the country and how well eliminate the middle class.”
Axelrod said, “The message we want to hammer home is that this president is committed (or should be) by experience (albeit very little), by belief (in what, we don’t know) and whole-heartedly (sorry, at this point the sentence becomes grammatically incorrect) to rebuilding an economy (in his likeness) in which every person who worked hard can get in line for unemployment, in which the middle class is a by-gone concept, and in which Muslims can have confidence that their children can look forward to something even more in the future,” he said.
Ours will be better is childish.
The I planned to Louisiana trip first comment is the same thing.
Do I want a child for President? No.
Leni
in which Americans can have confidence that their children can look forward to something even more in the future,”
Yeah, more debt, more government, more taxes.
What’s not to like?
Blah blah blah. Talk is cheap. Maybe he thinks he can hypnotize voters by drowning them in verbal diarrhea.
When he says he's "committed to rebuilding", the implication is that it's his job to interfere in the economy, because we the people "didn't build that". And he has the effrontery to invoke our children's futures as a reason to support his re-election. I shudder to contemplate what our children's futures would look like after another four years of economic and social ravagement under his Regime.
The lies are no longer convincing, because the bungled mess he's made (and amongst which we all sit) speaks for itself. Americans have "experienced" four years too many of his disastrous leadership and economic destruction and now we're hoping for a change.
Confirmed: Line-up of speakers at Democratic convention is simply terrible
They are already looking for an estate in Hawaii.
This guy has not acted as our POTUS for over a year now. He just campaigns.
Sandra: "The president paid for my birth control!"
Jane Roe #2: "The president paid for late-term abortion!"
Adam and Steve: "The president blessed our marriage!"
That’s a good campaign commercial!
I’m sure the Democrats will offer a lot more excitement. The “Put the Government condom on the cucumber” seminar with Sandra Fluke should be a real hoot.
It was supposed to start today. I haven’t heard it mentioned.
Their theme will be “stay in school, work hard and you too can get into the middle class”
I will NOT watch one minute of the DemocRAT’S convention. I cannot stand listening to their lies. And, Debbie Was-a-Man Schultz is a vulgar witch. Is anyone on here gonna watch it?
Stephanie used the word affirmative twice in her quote, wonder why?
I don’t have a Democrat decoder book so even though I’m sure there’s a message there I just can’t figure it out. /sarcasm

At least half of Obama’s base will think it means something like Viagra or Cialis.
Not me. I gave up on all TV four years ago (and don't miss it one bit).
