It’s called sunburn and tanned skin, not lupus.
Possible sunburn but doubt it’s that simple. Her symmetrical malar butterfly rash involving the nose bridge is suggestive of Lupus.
” The butterfly blush or rash is a faint or prominent red rash over the malar area and the bridge of the nose. The rash does not go into the sides of the nostrils or down the fold between the nose and the outer part of the lips. These areas are always spared and look white in contrast to the red rash of the cheeks and bridge of the nose. “

It does look like lupus, symptoms of which also include:

Not diagnosing, but cautioning us all not to jump to conclusions.
Looks like a lupus flare. Obviously her nervous system is inflamed. She may have some brain swelling and other organ swelling - she needs to be seen in the ER and blood work done ASAP. This could kill her if it is untreated.
