Two people were wounded as two groups of people shot at each other just west of the United Center late Friday night, according to police.

One group of people was walking south of Washington Boulevard on Damen Avenue, on the west side of the street, about 10 p.m. and yelling at a group of people on the northeast corner of the same intersection in the Near West Side neighborhood.

Rahm’s kids are misbehaving. For shame. Earlier, more sensible racketeer mayors would at least have squashed such things ruthlessly. Now Chicago is reduced to please don’t shoot the kids.

Why no outrage?

Maybe because these are just adult fetuses the democrats missed on the first pass at the abortion centers?

Seriously - Leftists pretend to have such a concern for life but their dramatics are almost always reserved for events when they can use a death or killing to leverage public opinion.

To me, part of the truth seems to be that that the abortion of 60 million babies has conditioned many people to accept killing as an everyday event of no major consequence - unless it can be used to advance a liberal agenda.

If there was a way to contort these killings as an offshoot of Tea Party politics the entire liberal world would be in an uproar.

The word I generally attach to liberals is naive. I saw a bumper sticker recently that read “I am already against the next war.” Interesting in that the principles which decided such action are not important: this individual has already taken a stance. Simplistic reasoning at its finest. Ignorance is bliss.

Will Obama tell us if any of the victims look like his son if he had one? Where’s the compassion?

Gee. Do the people involved in these ongoing shootings have any traits in common with each other?

A potential Monday Night Football game at Chicago will have to be edited to this: “Live from Soldier Field in ....., Ilinois . It’s the ....... Bears and the Green Bay Packers on ...... Night Football.”

Likely they voted for Obama AND at least one imprisoned Illinois governor.

Damn. Watering eyes caused me to read headline as “overweight shootings”. Amusing images.

Yep. No way to use it to gain political advantage.

In one sense, whenever there is a war, somebody failed to exercise reason. It doesn’t mean it was us.
