WASHINGTON (AP) — A senior Obama administration political appointee and longtime aide to Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano resigned Saturday amid allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior lodged by at least three Immigration and Customs Enforcement employees.

In her resignation letter, Barr called the allegations against her “unfounded” but said would step down to end “distractions” within the agency. James T. Hayes Jr., an ICE special agent, had filed suit, describing a “frat house” atmosphere at ICE designed to humiliate male employees. Several others stepped forward with allegations as well..
