BOULDER, Colo. - Playing meteorologist for the day, President Obama said he's hoping the weather at his second inauguration is not as cold as the first.
Stopping at The Buff Restaurant here, Obama shook hands with Jim Osborne, a Los Angeles attorney in town to visit family.
Osborne told the president he attended his 2009 inauguration.
"It was cold that day," Obama said. "This one is going to be warmer."

I’m sure the weather will get right on that.
Except maybe George Bush will bribe the weather to make a liar out of Obuma.
This guy is in for one long ass cold spell.
While the rest of us bask in the warmth of idea the nation will be getting somewhat better, he’ll be breaking icicles off his nose.
I wonder if he’ll even show up at the inauguration. That would be beneath him.
Odds: 50/50 at this point...
He’ll have some important real-estate papers to sign.
"This one is going to be warmer."
Obama's next inauguration will be in Hell.
The weather is always warm in Hawaii, which is where he will be next January.
Don’t worry, Barry. Your hands will be in your pockets the whole time.
According to official sources, who cannot be revealed due to Executive Order, the Obama's are already searching for a new home in the 57th State.
No. He will be there in December. Even when he loses he will be taking his 17 day vacation. Mark it..
Seriously - was obozo in IA yesterday and CO today?? He was in both of those places on the 28th of August.
The whitehouse.gov site does not have that schedule (I AM keeping track of those flights)....
He had to go back there after leaving 2 days ago? That’s unbelievable.....
Wow I thought something was up with politico, if he has a campaign stop they put it on his daily schedule, not so this weekend. so he did take the weekend off. great catch.
