There was no talk of queer marriage in the 70s. This was absolutely unheard of. Not much talk of abortion before the braindead Supreme Court ruled it legal in 1973. All true, but the Dems didn't sink this low in just the last few years. They've been pushing the country toward their current degraded objectives for a very long time now. In my view, they haven't been a patriotic American political party since at least the time of Truman.
