Convicted wife-murderer gets taxpayer-funded sex change [per Boston Federal Judge]
The Washington Examiner ^ | September 5, 2012 | Timothy P. Carney

Posted on 09/05/2012 2:32:25 AM PDT by Cincinatus' Wife

Robert Kosilek was married to a woman. Then he murdered her and went to prison, where he changed his name to Michelle and began identifying as a woman.

Now a federal judge in Boston has ruled that Kosilek is entitled to a taxpayer-funded sex-change operation because he has “gender-identity disorder.”

“Everybody has the right to have their health care needs met, whether they are in prison or out on the streets,” the AP quotes Kosilek as saying. “People in the prisons who have bad hearts, hips or knees have surgery to repair those things. My medical needs are no less important or more important than the person in the cell next to me.”

At least this insane mutilated man won't be able to reproduce and will spend the rest of his life looked upon as a pathetic wretched freak.

There is some justice there.

Definitely GUILTY

Is Michelle gonna spend its sentence in a women’s or men’s penitentiary? If women, wait until a butch gets him alone.
If men..well...any port in a storm

..........”U.S. District Judge Mark Wolf is believed to be the first federal judge to order prison officials to provide sex-reassignment surgery for a transgender inmate.

Kosilek first sued the Massachusetts Department of Correction 12 years ago. Two years later, Wolf ruled that Kosilek was entitled to treatment for gender-identity disorder but stopped short of ordering surgery. Kosilek sued again in 2005, arguing that the surgery is a medical necessity.

In his 126-page ruling Tuesday, Wolf found that surgery is the “only adequate treatment” for Kosilek and that “there is no less intrusive means to correct the prolonged violation of Kosilek’s Eighth Amendment right to adequate medical care.”..............

A sex change is NOT a matter of life or death. The guys “taken it” while in prison, knows there is no way he is going to get out so why not convert to become a woman?
Defininately a sick bastard I would say.

January 22nd, 2010 .......”With Attorney General Eric Holder in attendance, Chief Judge Mark Wolf asked Ortiz whether her staff is “being put to their highest and best use when two-thirds of the defendants in this federal district court are indigent and must have Criminal Justice Act counsel,” according to the NLJ.

Wolf has been vocal about what he sees prosecutorial misconduct in the district, and the gun and drug cases that Bush U.S. Attorney Michael Sullivan tried in district court, The NLJ said.”....

This is just F@#^en crazy. Do these crazy liberal judges have any respect for hard working Americans at all? If the deranged man wants to wear a pink dress do we have to buy that as well? God did not make a mistake here, this is his mistaken free will that is off the track here but that doesn't mean the whole train has to follow. This lunatic judge needs to be locked up with the murder. Somewhere, sometime this BS has to stop.

Gut defense, raise taxes. We need these social programs protected first.

I think both candidates would agree.

The SOB’s a convicted wife murderer. The only thing he should be entitled to is a length of rope and a tall tree to swing from.

Stupid me! I can't afford the double lung transplant that might prolong my life another 5 years. I'll just rob a bank or some other non violent crime. Instant transplant!
