In a rare display of just how quickly a tightly scripted national political convention can unwind, Democrats on Wednesday struggled to complete a voice vote amending their party platform to include language referring to Jerusalem and God.
It took three attempts from Democratic National Convention Chairman Antonio Villaraigosa before the platform was amended, and a loud chorus of delegates yelling "no" met each attempt to pass the changes by voice vote.

Because it’s tradition for plenty of people to vote Democrat, some Jews, Christians, etc. have that kind of belief. However, at the same time, I look at the DNC and find it odd that some people can actually believe what was said there: Immigration reform, ending the budget deficit with no presented budget plan right in front them, etc. all while they spent years essentially doing the opposite of what they promised. Again, it sounds for the most part like a B.S. promise being made here. There is a small likelihood that perhaps the opposition encouraged them to take this position, and they would carry it out if elected, but I feel a great deal of doubt about that.
CNN was shocked, and this is the same network that during the Lebanon/Israel conflict said that Israel was “Murdering women and children.” Even the Communist News Network was stunned by what the Dems did..even John King called it an “Embarrassment”
And you sir/madam are one of the main reasons our country is failing. YOU ADVOCATE THE DESTRUCTION OF THE FAMILY UNIT.
