A major controversy erupted on the floor of the Democratic National Convention Wednesday surrounding God and Jerusalem inside the Party's platform.
Hours later, DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz gave CNN an absolutely ridiculous explanation for what transpired resulting in her being mocked for her "alternate reality" by numerous commentators including Anderson Cooper and John King (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary):
CNN White House correspondent Brianna Keilar, on the floor of the convention with Wasserman Schultz, asked about the process of changing the platform, the three voice votes, and the “discord.”
Wasserman Schultz amazingly replied, “There wasn't any discord.”
Keilar responded that it seemed like people on the floor didn’t feel it was a two-thirds vote.
Wasserman Schultz again amazingly replied, “It absolutely was two-thirds.”
Continuing to press, Keilar noted that this seemed to be a change in policy from yesterday by the Obama campaign because they made it clear Tuesday that they stood by the platform with the controversial language regarding Jerusalem and the word “God” left out.
“No, no, it's not actually,” Wasserman Schultz again amazingly replied.
At the end of the interview, the segment switched back to CNN’s booth at the convention where Anderson Cooper said, “I just got to go to the panel with this. I mean, Debbie Wasserman Schultz said it wasn’t a change of language, there was no discord that we saw, and it was a two-thirds vote.
“And it was a technical oversight,” added David Gergen.
“I mean, that’s an alternate universe,” replied Cooper.
Even the gay liberals are throwing these folks under the bus, while Hillary hides out as far away as she can get from the convention.
Hillary sees that she has a better shot after 4 years of Romney than she would after 4 more years of Hussein.
A Pathological Liar of the first degree if there is such a thing...if there isn’t there should be in order to describe this crazy woman.

Has CNN commented on Clinton’s impeachment and disbarment for his multiple lies to a court and to a grand jury, or his extramarital “affair” with an intern young enough to be his daughter and his masturbating in the Oval Office sink?

It is my unshakable belief that denial on the part of both Libs and Conservatives is the root of all this. Libs deny anything that interferes with their wants/urges and the rest deny that this is so.
If the genpub merely stopped ignoring the truths their eyes see and their ears hear, we’d be well into ‘recovery’. But the “Oh no! it’s not really that way’ BS people feed themselves to avoid the ugly truth that liberals, whether they are friends, relatives or people on TV are nothing but feral animals, ensures we are done for.
Liberals ARE feral animals. They prove it daily through their actions. I could go on for days with examples from demanding homos be allowed to infect the blood supply to adult women screaming on TV for the ‘right’ to murder unborn children. But we all know them. More people just need to call them what they are and stop empowering them with their denial of reality.

Gee I wonder why they stopped teaching logic and deductive reasoning in school and substituted ‘diversity training.
I wonder why the pushed for “Agenda 21” calls for over 90% reduction in global population.
But sarcasm aside people should take time connecting the dots across all these liberal ‘progoms’ and see the forrest for the trees.
There is a reason these people do what they do. And it all comes back to their ‘wants’. Nothing else matters. Not science, not morality, not the lives of anyone but themselves.
I strongly recommend people read State of Fear by Michael Chrichton. It was a work of fiction based very much on facts. And after they do, they should ask themselves if libs really are just whacked out hippies.
They truly are a culture of death.

Excellent points. I think this Demon convention is opening eyes. Apparently snippets of the depravity, insane hatred and insanity are even in the regular news.
Should have added: The Dem(ons) mask is coming off. Only the real hardcores will be able to stay on board with them.
