Note Obama and his Chi-Town Thugs have “Obama-rigged” the numbers:

Obama adds together all (alleged) new (alleged) jobs from every month since January 2009 - includes promotions, transfer within the same company, etc.

ADDED: only 91,000-94,000 for August 2012

But the never add together every month’s total of jobs lost from every month since January 2009

They also never add together all that gave up looking for work from every month since January 2009

DOWN: 368,000 in August 2012

(23,000,000 are now unemployed - or “underemployed” like: PART TIME JOBS)

To top that off they never mention the effect of a (true) inflation of prices (they never include food, gasoline, or energy costs) when balanced against the rapidly decreasing income per year

They never mention that employee’s income - in just the last year of 2011 - dropped over $4000

Put that all together and stir well

It is not really a recession (as ALLSTATE insurance said in 2007-2008: “It sure feels like a recession!”

- Funny now ALLSTATE TV ads just say: “Be protected from MAYHEM!”

It is a depression!

It sure feels depressing to me!

(but own my personal August 1-31 numbers are pretty darned good!)

No Problemo!

Obama is advertising SSI on TV and radio (tripled under Cokehead) - and they still have their food stamps (up to 47,000,000 now!) and medical/dental and their housing subsidies!

Why ever work now!

Big screen HD-TV, beer, booze

You’re right about all that - the good thing is, I think, that nobody is believin’ sh*t the government says, they know things are bad. Trouble is, they don’t believe anything our side says either.

Bush or any competent president would have handled it by now. This is not an insoluble problem, the answers aren’t anybody’s guess. Cut regulations and taxes and the engine will roar to life. Not saying everything will be perfect, we may face another stiff recession. But Romney will get the car out of the ditch and he won’t be sippin’ on a slurpee.

Personally, I no longer believe a word from anyone in government. The never ending pattern of lies, deceit and betrayal is well established.

One must have political battered wives syndrome to go along with this kind of abuse.

Good luck.

"Manufacturing employment edged down in August (-15,000)."

Good. That and debt are what the beast is riding on. An agricultural and mining economy without manufacturing will be enough, if nearly all of the current political/regulator class is laid off and de-pensioned.

And Obama’s mythical 4.5 million jobs created.

We have fewer people working today than when he started, and somehow that’s an increase in jobs?

Less = More

You’re Army. You’ve heard those discussions. :>)

It looks like 119,000 FEWER people employed in August than in July.

That’s why this whole statistical nightmare that the Bureau gives us is so much trash-in-trash-out.

119000 fewer working and they tell us they “created” 69,000 jobs.

It just doesn’t wash with me. We’ll be told, “Oh, but these are new jobs that didn’t exist before.” I say, “Hogwash.” And you know they can’t prove that. So, McDonald’s opens 10 new outlets and those are “new” jobs. But elsewhere McDonalds has closed 10 outlets.

There’s a subtle form of lying going on someplace when you don’t get a “jobs lost” number to balance against the “jobs created” number.

Yes,I presume Romney will just be Obama-lite

sure unemployment might go down to 6% , but the socialist system will still be in place

its amazing how we allow ourselves to be flogged and led around on a short leash by these elite gangster sissys in government, just like the jews in germany being sent to the ovens, we all just march right in

the Aurora theater shooting made absolutly no sense, if it happened in the halls of congress I would cheer, as long as the colateral damage to innocents was low

How is Obie going to get it down to 8% before the election? I don’t think he’s going to make it. I’m sure he has something up his sleeve (or his handlers’ sleeve) to get there, though.

It will dip to under 8% by the end of September. Oh, and by then there will be about as many Americans working as there were in 1935.
