In 2008 Newsweek proclaimed “We are all socialists now”... and after 42 months of high unemployment even fewer people have jobs than did then. Prices are skyrocketing, energy (gas, electric) and food especially while middle class incomes have dropped nearly 10%. Obama did promise to make skyrocketing electric bills happen because it was a necessary part of his plan to shut down the coal industry. Maybe the socialists at Newsweek don’t want to admit it but their cover story could be “We are all broke now”.
