Donte Jamar Sims, 21, appeared in court Thursday after officials said he posted threats to kill the president on his Twitter account Monday.
Sims posted several statements through his @DestroyLeague_D account, and a Secret Service agent was made aware of the tweets Tuesday, police said.
“Well Ima Assassinate president Obama this evening !...Gotta get this monkey off my chest while he’s in town - -,” the tweet read at 6:06 a.m. Monday. Two hours later, Sims allegedly posted, “Ima hit president Obama with that Lee Harvey Oswald swag.”

They illegally send that Marine vet for a psychiatric evaluation when he made comments about Obama on Facebook. This guy makes comments about Obama on Twitter, and he’s arrested. Yet, that Dem delegate who said in an interview, that she wanted to kill Romney, is only being investigated by the secret service.
