I knew a navy chief like that, but he lost his pension in one of those 1 in a thousand chances that pot people take, who cannot truly leave it for good, and must return to it periodically over their lives.
Which doesn’t prove a pot addiction anymore than someone who gets a DUI ticket proves that they are an alcoholic. Some people take risks and some don’t think about the risks they are taking.
