Haven’t been to a movie since, and not expecting to enter a movie theater again in my life...
A bit of a coincidence here. The last time I went to see a movie was in the same year. After that I began paying more and more attention to the make-up of Hollywood and decided to not subsidize those b******ds anymore, and I haven't.
Good on them. They don’t need conservative money. I saw 2016 and will definitely go see Clint’s new movie. The rest of Obama loving Hollywood can go bust and pay their high taxes for all I care.

The last time I actually went to a movie theater was to see Tim Burton’s “Batman” in 1989.
Now I’ve been in Stereo/Video all my life, so my home set up at that time was a HiFi VCR with a pro grade video monitor.
It was only that I was a Batman fan that I didn’t want to wait until the home version came out.
Most movies today are so bad, and my home gear bigger and better, that I have all the patience in the world.
Why bother mastering the English language if you're going to go work for Reuters, right? 2016 is second TO Michael Moore, not second SINCE. It passed Al Gore last week.
The real advantage, though, is that you can change your lineup to dump the dogs and replace them with something, anything, that might make you some money. Double down on your blockbusters or switch to more kid-friendly fare during the matinee times. Why not show second-run movies (with cheaper ticket prices) to pull people in? They make their money on the snacks and every empty seat is lost revenue. I'd pay $2 a ticket AND buy their popcorn to see some of my old favorites up on the big screen. Star Wars (IV-VI)... you bet!
