The horrifying clarity of what you posted hit me squarely between the eyes. God only knows the panic and the terror of those poor souls. God only knows. And you too. Thank you. God Bless their eternal souls.

Thank the Liberals and media for people starting forget. Remember Hillary “What did President Bush know, and when did he know it”? That was the start of liberals changing the subject from being patriotic to questioning it. Liberals have ruined my once proud country. I hate them all!

I have another image that was burned into my mind.
I lost sleep over for several nights afterwards.
It was an image of a man holding a woman’s hand
as they fell. I imagined that he was an executive
holding the hand of his secretary. I was horrified
just thinking about their last minutes before the
decision to jump. I still am.

About that time, I remember a TV commercial selling a cd of
old songs from the ‘50s. It was in black and white and all
were dressed in clothes of the day. Remembering how innocent
those times were and what we’d lost made me weep for our country. I had red eyes for days. They finally, thank God, quit showing it.

And it was only in those days following that I noticed the
sound of a commercial plane flying over our house every night around 10:30 or 11:00. It was eerie and a constant reminder. I’d never hew heard it or thought about it before.

O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
1 Corinthians 15:55

Amen. Maybe God spared him the sting.

The image I will never forget are of the people climbing out of the building, hanging onto the outside of the building, desperate for air. I have sat staring at those pictures for hours, wondering what was going through their minds. What desperation. What hopelessness. I can’t imagine. It makes my soul cry.

I will never ever forget that day. I promise to never ever forget. Or forgive.

Thank you for posting this video, NEVER FORGET. It is the most humbling and emotional video of that event that I have viewed. There is not a word that can describe the pain and anger I feel.

Our GOD is a very merciful GOD, and I,for one, believe that HE mercifully accepted each and every one of those souls into HIS KINGDOM.

The only word in that video that upset me was calling them "jumpers", they were trying to survive against all odds and for that NO one dare blame them, GOD is merciful.

Do we say, suicide when a young man or woman dons a uniform and submits to battle, knowing death is possible? Do call it suicide when a person escapes a burning vehicle, or jumps before a crash and yet dies from that jump? No, that would be ridiculous, they died trying to live.

The words "Jumpers" or "Suicide" should never be used when speaking of 9/11. God said HE will have mercy on whom HE will, we are not the judge, wiser to stay out of HIS department. jmo

12thgenAmerican.
Sounds like your folks have been around the country for quite a while. I’ve been able to trace some of my kin back to the mid/late 1600’s in the mid/upstate New York area. Around the Green County. Glad they stuck around. Sadly, I don’t think I could live in the northeasy any longer.
I think about it everyday and, of course, flew our flag at half staff yesterday. A reminder of what we haven’t done happens everytime I need to go to the airport and see the farcical “security” that’s been put in place. Evil intent knows no limits when it comes to creativity. Still praying for our country and our way of life.
