I think Romney has the momentum in NC. SurveyUSA, who actually did the poll, has one of the best track records for polling and is a personal favorite. Even with the most recent PPP survey with Obama leading by 1, Real Clear Politics still gives Romney a 3.5% edge.

Rove told Hannity ( confirmed elsewhere) that Obama has given up on NC. He also said the Romney team told him they were tied and trending up in OH, that they were up in FL.
