Waiting for Confirmation.

External security for embassies rests with the local army and sometimes police. The marines are responsible for the in side. Some embassies have 9-15 marines and all not on duty at one time. I think a few embassies may have a complement of up to 22.

If 200 people storm the embassies would be hard to kill them all, as much as I’d like to see it. Ou folks are really not that secure against a human wave attack.

In some countries the local gov gives a heads up regarding the demonstration and everyone stays away or hunkers down in the building until the demo is over, but safe, not likely.

In Jerusalem the consulate is guarded on the outside by armenia security personnel. I didn’t see any weapons. Down the block was a small structure with 4 Israeli soldiers. Don’t know what they have in Te Aviv.

It’s some movie being made here in the US by a Dutch national of Middle Eastern Muslim descent, but it actually hasn’t even appeared yet, so far as I can determine.

However, the fact that this is 9/11 and there seems to have been some advanced knowledge on the part of embassy staff in these places (Libya and Egypt) indicates to me that this was actually something bigger than the movie, whatever it may be.

I suspect we’re seeing Obama covering up for the Muslims. I don’t read Arabic, so I don’t know what their signs and banners say, but it would be interesting to get a translation.

Even though the US put a POS Muslim in the WH who continues to fund these Islamic barbarians, they still hate us, the US. I guess they all just want Americans to die. Given the state the US is currently in, that death wish of America surely includes the you know who in the WH.

The USAtoday.com article downplays it and calling it a mob attack and not terrorist attack, which happened to have rocket propelled grenades that were fired on the embassy and caused it to burn.

Even after a terrorist act the left weing media is spinning this.

Libyan mob attacks U.S. consulate in Benghazi

I hope the employees and Marines all got out. I read somewhere that they had advance notice in Egypt, and probably in Libya too.

The Muslim idiots may not have been armed, but if they managed to burn the place down...that’s not a good thing. Even getting in to tear down our flag was not a good thing either, to put it mildly.

"Libya, Egypt.

I would suspect collusion."

Oh, come now.

What could they possibly have in common?

Big difference between Arab Spring and Irish Spring, wouldn’t you say? The way the media trots out that phrase, they make it sound like a positive thing, when all it is is destructive 7th century savage terrorists looking to kill or destroy anything not Islamic.

I want every jackwagon that thinks 9-11 was an inside job to see this.

There's bad, there's evil and there's muslims, the worst of both.

In a barbershop long ago I recall reading in a magazine of an incident during the Spanish Civil War.

Rebels took our consul in Barcelona and his family hostage. Roosevelt ordered a US Navy cruiser to enter the harbor and tell the dirtbags to release our people unharmed within 24 hours, or said cruiser would start wasting the city.

Consul and family were released pronto.

That is the way to deal with barbarians.

On this anniversary of 9/11 I think is important to revisit what should have happened in 2001. While George W. Bush did many things correctly, and I think deep in his heart he understood the difference between good and evil, there were many things that he did not do.

The following should be done, and we should still do them:

1. All Muslims in the US on a visa or here illegally should have been deported.

2. All nations that have supported terrorism should have been destroyed.

3. The oil fields of such nations should have been controlled by the US without any payment to those nations.

4. All assets of such nations should have been confiscated to pay for their nation’s destruction and the cost to repair the oil fields and opening a free market when OPEC found they had no members.

5. No rebuilding should have occurred.

These five things could have been achieved in a year. Our safety would be more secure and our nation much richer. More importantly, the cult of Islam would be held in check.
