They’ll take out the threat because they have no other option. Consequences? At least they’ll still be around to address them as they arise.

I’m TRULY frightened. Frightened for my children, frightened for our nation.

My elderly, wise mother keeps reminding me that “it is written” and “beyond my control”. It’s tough, though, with uncertainty. I just hate that she has to witness what we are going through (and who she knows is left behind). Claiming to have converted from Islam to Christianity MUST only be a front. He’ll come out with the truth after he retires from this present job.

He will claim that he had to do it in order to get this job in “islamophobe” America. I think the muzzies already know this to be true. Conversion is just NOT accepted in their culture and one who has done so does not travel in those areas because of that lack of intolerance.

Obama keeps poking the voters in the eye; like the Catholics with the HHS mandate;the Jews with his open hostility and anti-semitism; and Christians of all stripes with his support for gay marriage. The ridiculous platform fiasco in Charlotte last week is another one.

Last Wednesday evening I saw a response on this board by a Christian man who had just returned from a meeting at his church (bible study, perhaps). He said everyone there who had seen the DNC vote on the platform was angry with the insult to God and to Israel over the Jerusalem plank. He mentioned that they all said they were going to tell their friends, especially when they met them at church on Sunday!! So, if that in fact happened, we ought to see Obama’s numbers begin to sink as the people become more acquainted with Obama’s true beliefs.

I really cannot for a minute believe Obama will win this election.

Obama will simply not allow Israel under any circumstances attack Iran prior to the election. There is simply no consensus for another Mid East conflict for the war weary American people who simply do not believe that Iran is a real threat to the United States. Obama knows that in the event of an Israeli attack, the big blue water ships of the American navy are at grave risk in the narrow confines of the Persian Gulf. It would be a political and possibly a strategic disaster if any of those ships were to be lost. Despite sanctions and rhetoric, Obama has concluded that Israel will just have to live with a nuclear Iran and hope the mullahs are as deterred by mutually assured destruction as the Russians were. This defacto American policy as one may imagine is immensely disconcerting to Israel. It is very doubtful that Israel acting alone could be strategically effective and there is no doubt that Obama is making it very clear that the US will not get involved in a unilateral Israeli attack.
