Yeah, with this President and his Administration it's really hard to differentiate between a conspiracy of incompetence and a conspiracy of malevolent intent.

My read is that there a strong malevolent intent for outcomes that is frustrated and short circuited by the sheer depth of incompetence, bad judgment, laziness ,corruption and unsound ideology exhibited by the decision makers appointed by this President.

In the final analysis, the motivation does not matter as much as the fact that the end result of this administration's policies and policy implementation consistently lead to a really negative and badly disastrous outcomes for everything they touch

Thank you, Phil Dragoo. I am now getting ANGRY with anyone saying that DBA 0 is naive, or incompetent, or doesn't know what he's doing. He's ON THE WRONG DAMN SIDE IS ALL! He's an ENEMY! Not a fool.
