Palin Statement on Embassy Attacks in Egypt and Libya
Sarah Palin's Facebook Page ^ | September 12, 2012 | Sarah Palin

Posted on 09/12/2012 2:47:11 AM PDT by Timber Rattler

Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house. On the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks ever perpetrated on America, our embassy in Cairo and our consulate in Benghazi were attacked by violent Islamic mobs.

(snip)

In response to this, the U.S. embassy in Cairo issued a statement that was so outrageous many of us thought it must be a satire. The embassy actually apologized to the violent mob attacking us, and it even went so far as to chastise those who use free speech to “hurt the religious feelings of Muslims.” (Funny, the current administration has no problem hurting the “religious feelings” of Catholics.)

But where is the president’s statement about this? These countries represent his much touted “Arab Spring.” How’s that Arab Spring working out for us now? Have we received an apology yet from our “friends” in the Muslim Brotherhood for the assault on our embassy?

It’s about time our president stood up for America and condemned these Islamic extremists. I realize there must be a lot on his mind these days – what with our economy’s abysmal jobless numbers and Moody’s new warning about yet another downgrade to our nation’s credit rating due to the current administration’s failure to come up with a credible deficit reduction plan. And, of course, he has a busy schedule – with all those rounds of golf, softball interviews with the “Pimp with the Limp,” and fundraising dinners with his corporate cronies. But our nation’s security should be of utmost importance to our Commander-in-chief. America can’t afford any more “leading from behind” in such a dangerous world. We already know that President Obama likes to “speak softly” to our enemies. If he doesn’t have a “big stick” to carry, maybe it’s time for him to grow one.

Heck, not only does Obama not answer the phone at 3:00 a.m., he doesn't answer it at 3:00 p.m. either.

Sara Palin's Full Statement

Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house. On the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks ever perpetrated on America, our embassy in Cairo and our consulate in Benghazi were attacked by violent Islamic mobs. In Cairo, they scaled the walls of our embassy, destroyed our flag, and replaced it with a black Islamic banner. In Benghazi, the armed gunmen set fire to our consulate and killed an American staff member. The Islamic radicals claim that these attacks are in protest to some film criticizing Islam.

A good thread, thanks for posting it. Unfortunately the time for Sarah to run has past for this election cycle, but she does recognize the urgent necessity of getting that Kenyan Klown out of the White House, and she’s working to get Romney & Ryan elected. She’s a patriot first, a partisan second.

Enjoy your day.

To “celebrate” the 911 Atrocities (by his Islamic people),
the pRes_ _ent spoke in Arabic, apparently giving them
the ‘green light’ to attack America again, and again.

On O'Reilly last night, our Gal Sarrah also said that the girly-guy, wuss, RINO, Mittens needs to begin taking the fight to Dear Reader and do so, "personally."

Though the bloviator Bill "teed her up" with a leading question, she agreed (with most of us on the Right) that his timind approach and unwilingness to attack the fascist, commie, RAT, needs to go.

Too bad Mitt appears to be taking a play from Juan McPain's failed campaign strategy and I'm getting a little antsy here hoping someone get's to Mitt and his handlers before its too late.

All this BS talk about not wanting to "offend" the Undecided/Moderates/Centrist does not seem to bother O'Bummer or any other RAT pol or spokesperson; they demonize, diss, denigrate, impugn, and attack Romney at will.

TAKE THE GLOVES OFF MITT and quit being a wimp!!!

Don't derail the thread. This is about Obama's gutless reaction to two of our embassies falling to Islamists on the anniversary of 9/11.

Obama’s Response:
Today a tragedy occured in the peace loving republic of Libya. While our nation was concerned in nation building, our Ambassador to Libya was mistakenly killed by freedom fighting forces. Never mind that the battle was over several months ago, our heroes of Libya struck a positive blow for theuir cause but a sad one for the family of...

Joe Biden’s response:
It is a sad day, gosh, what is it, two days in a row, we celebrate the deaths of so many Americans? I mean, God Bless ya, what a bittersweet time...

It is hard to believe even that idiot Biden called 911 “bittersweet”. This administration/regime is a low point in US History.

The more they think Romney will win the more they’ll try to bequeath another war to hang on the new Republican POTUS.

A related and excellent article on Front Page

"The Still Unnamed Enemy

http://frontpagemag.com/2012/daniel-greenfield/the-still-unnamed-enemy/

EXCERPT:

"We are at war with the unnamable and when you war with what cannot be named, then you are at war with yourself—your own fears and doubts, your own neighbors and co-workers, and above all else your own country. Every nameless war is a civil war and everyone fights in it without even knowing it. It is a war that can never end because it never began. It officially does not exist and unofficially cannot be won.

"The unnamable is what killed 3,000 Americans on a warm September morning and it is still killing Americans in Afghanistan. It is plotting to set off bombs right now, because we cannot name it and even trying to watch out for it without naming it has gotten the NYPD in trouble.

"The unnamable, in Rumsfeld’s terms, is not an “unknown unknown”; it is a “known unknown.” We know exactly what we dare not name and that is why we dare not name it for fear that naming it will give it life.

Though the Appeaser in Chief has taken this fawning and defending the Religion of Pieces to a new art form, it did begin under Bush when he got some bad advice from the likes of Grover Norquist and listened to terrorist supporting groups like CAIR.

Sarah doesn’t need to “run” she is doing exactly what needs being done now....she speaks the truth and energizes a free America. How many would join Sarah Palin were she to loudly declare that Barack Hussein Obama is not Constitutionally viable for POTUS...he should not be allowed to run for re-election. I would join Sarah in a heart beat were she that brave....to declare Obama a fraud placed in office by our enemies...this is what the election is really about. Communism or a Democracy, our worn Republic.

It is beyond the pale that the US would apologize to Islamic thugs on 9/11. The sovereign soil of the US was quite literally attacked on 9/11 and we apologized. We should have mown the hedges clean of the vermin with a .50 cal. But what do we do? Apologize.

Under Obeyme’s leadership, we have gone from “Let’s Roll” to “Let’s Grovel” on terrorism.

???

Romney already made a very clear statement on the attacks last night. I doubt he has even seen the news about these extra deaths yet. What are you expecting from him?

I am no Romney fan and am not voting for him but he has done nothing wrong yet on this subject that I can see.

It's not a coincidence that the Islamic mobs chose to trash two of our embassies, and kill our ambassador and embassy staff on 9/11.

It was their celebration.
