Krauthammer To Muslim Protestors In Egypt: “Go To Hell”
Tammy Bruce Live Wire ^ | September 11, 2012 | Tammy Bruce

Posted on 09/12/2012 6:17:07 AM PDT by el_texicano

Via Daily Caller:

“That statement is an embarrassment. That is a hostage statement. That’s a mob of al-Qaeda sympathizers in Egypt, forcing the United States make a statement essentially of apology, on 9/11 of all days, for something we’re not responsible. I would issue a statement saying to the mob, ‘go to hell.’

The way America works, the way democracy works is that everybody has a right to express themselves. We don’t police our speech. And you ought to apologize to the United States for storming the embassy and the violation of the ultimate sacred principle of democracy, which is protecting embassies and missions abroad.

For the U.S. to essentially issue a veiled apology, I think is disgraceful.”

Meanwhile, Juan Williams was spouting his usual muslim-butt-wiping whining that Americans should be more considerate of muslim sensitivity.

Because that is what hussein believes and whatever hussein believes, Juan defends. The old melanin thing again.

When the executive branch thusly polices our speech, our freedom of speech has been infringed and remains under threat and intimidation! It's a high crime to violate the oath of the presidential office this way, not simply a disgrace!

Say (or think) the wrong words at work and you can lose your job. Say them anywhere and you may find yourself in court.

There is a fundamental difference between your employer taking action and the government taking action. It's a difference we cannot ever allow ourselves to gloss over.

“In the United States, we have a perfect First Amendment right to say what we think.”

We haven’t had that right in about 25 years.

We don’t need to explain anything. We need to send an ultimatum: “We’re going to kill the entire population of Benghazi and anybody else we feel like needs killing, and you’re going to be okay with this, or we’ll start the process of exterminating the entire population of Libya.”

It’s even worse than that. On 9/11 our state department issued an apology in response TO OUR EGYPTIAN EMBASSY BEING ATTACKED!

Obama doesn't believe in the first amendment.

He wants a constitutional amendment to restrict the freedom of speech (because the progressives lost their attempt to limit certain kinds of political spending just before an election). He wants to limit freedom of religion to "freedom of worship." He would probably embrace a law prohibiting speech offensive to Muslims--which of course might need a constitutional amendment to be enforceable.

“Obama is not a President. He is a public enemy sitting in the Oval Office, placed there by the incompetence of his predecessor, the stupidity of his political adversary in the 2008 election, the collaboration of the Marxist Media, and the naivety of the American voting public.”

Yes and Amen. We have a POTUS/administration antagonistic to our First Amendment rights - to all our rights.

...libelous speech directed at another private person nor does it protect us from violations of the policies of private employers. This is an important distinction that is sometimes forgotten in contemporary discussions of “political correctness”.

You are correct to some points but not all. Employers will fire an employee for libelous accusations against the business itself but can be sued for firing an employee who does so against a private individual not working for the company. For what reason? Because the company can be fined or sued for what they actually do or say. Some more free speech and thought from the company huh.....no.

To libel someone you must TELL A LIE about them that causes either financial or societal harm to them. Telling the truth is NEVER libel....period!

The thought and speech police also hold entities responsible for anything that is not politically correct...the same as the do individuals. That in turn, makes the employer a subordinate enforcer for the thought and speech police. To comply, they must punish (or fire) the offending employee quickly to demonstrate to the others within ear or eyesight that is what happens to those in our company that don’t toe the political correctness line.

The disease permeates throughout our society and with each year it gets worse.

It’s grown to the point that Orwell would be stupefied to see his 1984 come to life in the late 60’s and to mature to the point that it is today.

In a couple of months, his book will finally reach full application for our society or will simply slow it’s march to fruition with the Republicans.

You must have missed much of the 2008 election then. Krauthammer was mentioned favorably by many liberal pundits on a regular basis, he melted after hearing Obama speak, time after time. He on occasion was hard on Obama.

He repeatedly wrote about what a bad choice Gov Palin was for the VP spot, said that McCain made a terrible choice,The Liberals loved it.

Yes CK had a hand in getting Obama elected...ABSOLUTELY

I for one said I was glad that CK was on the right side for the moment, however CK has rich liberal history and has to be taken with caution.

He helped get Obama elected in 2008 and that ios a undeniable fact!

Yes he backhandedly endorsed McCain/Palin after completely disrespecting Gov Palin repeatedly.

I would not be surprised if he voted for Obama, the man can not be trusted.
