Well, Egypt used to be an ally — but Obama sure took care of that. Now the people who are in control of Egypt are people who hate us. Yee-Haa!

Is that why Obama was such a fan of the “Arab Spring” last year..he was rooting for this but now since he’s in BIG BIG trouble he is backing away like he always does

Obama told Mubarik to get out now. And “ now means now”.

He owns this POS overseas contingency operation.

To the Tyrant (Supporter of Murderers, Terrorists and Slavers)
Egypt is part of his Caliphate.

Did he not go there IMMEDIATELY when he became
POTUS?
Did he not send his beloved Dohrn, Ayers, and Code PINK
to change it forever?
Did they not all attack America again on 911?

Backhanded empowerment.

By denying an amicable relationship, he frees the MB to beat the crap out of whoever they want (and give a big FU should the USA feel obligated to object).

The Obama can’t give them useful support the way they need and he agrees to, so the next best thing is a discourteous break with a wink & nod.

The Muslim Brotherhood are doing what he wants done in the Middle East. This is the force that Zer0 promotes. They are not allies, the are co-conspirators.

Either Obama is an idiot - a front man with no actual clue other than speechifying and sketchy beliefs that are enacted by others since he is too damn lazy and incompetent - OR he is a genius who is intent on taking the US out...while fooling enough voters to buy enough time to continue his dastardly deeds.

Or both.

President Obama February 12 2011

The United States will continue to be a friend and partner to Egypt. We stand ready to provide whatever assistance is necessary — and asked for — to pursue a credible transition to a democracy. I’m also confident that the same ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit that the young people of Egypt have shown in recent days can be harnessed to create new opportunity — jobs and businesses that allow the extraordinary potential of this generation to take flight. And I know that a democratic Egypt can advance its role of responsible leadership not only in the region but around the world.

Well that was very inspiring for such a short lived friendship!

Right on target, FRiend! Mubarak, for all his faults (which indeed were many), was a loyal ally to the U.S. and a man of peace when it came to our allies in Israel. The Egyptian leadership today...not so much.
