Not only did he do nothing wrong, he absolutely nailed it with the correct phrase. The Cairo embassy apology WAS disgraceful. I'm not a great fan of Mitt, but I'm going to say when he did the right thing, and this was the right thing.

It's only the meme of the journolistas (aka the LSM) that somehow this is all Romney's fault, and Bambi did everything oh so right........

Convention bounce is now gone.

The thing is, now we’re in a race. This is truly close..

Romney needs to run. Romney needs to win.

Then Romney needs to fix things, because this is just about the last time we’ll win otherwise.

That Nate Silver is full of chit.

Nate Silver used to WORK FOR OBAMA. He is a Leftist through and through, and untrustworthy.

It is close, and Mitt hasn't begun to use the money for his ad campaigns.

Time to defeat the Marxist anti-American, and send him back to Hawaii once and for all (or Kenya).

What am I saying, I love Hawaii......those poor islanders, having to put up with that narcissist........

Here in CT the only Obama stickers I see are on hondas driven by gray haired women with crew cuts, and on the car paarked in front of a local trial lawyer’s office. This time 4 years ago it was wall-to-wall Obamabots.

Here in DuPage County (West Suburban Chicago Area), I see a small rectagular "Obama-Biden" bumper sticker but NOT very often. I think I have seen maybe three in the last several weeks. To be fair, I have seen one Romney - Ryan sign on my block. This time in 2008, Obama signs were EVERYWHERE.

I still haven’t seen a single Obama sign here in union rich western PA.

That's encouraging. Can you say if you've seen any Romney signs? Anything on local talk shows that would indicate people in Western PA have had enough of O?

Polls are an interesting activity to follow, but I don’t believe any of them, not even Rasmussen. People lie.

Yes, I have seen Romney signs. The local talk shows and newspapers are totally pro Obama pro Union pro entitlement. The difference I’m seeing between 2012 and 2008 is the enthusiasm for Obama, which seems to be extremely low. This election will be alot about turnout, the republicans in the central part of the state did not turn out to vote in 2008, being totally demoralized by the media and others. Hopefully, it will be different this year, although I think it’s slim that Romney carries PA, too many Philadelphia democrats who vote early and often.

Wow. Obama’s Operation Distract the Country from Chicago worked better than expected.

Obama got an American Ambassador killed so he wouldn’t have to face questions about the teachers strike in Chicago.

Wag the dog...

“people tend to rally around the president when the country is under attack”
I tend to agree with that in most instances. However, given O’s weak actions and response - I see this as more like 1979, Jimmy Carter and the Iranian Hostage crisis.

What’s with the big “...(yes !!!!)?”

My God, it’s only a 1% difference and there is no way in hell that the poll is even near accurate. Don’t get excited and wet your pants until it is a spread of at least 10%.

Then, and only then, the poll may be somewhat accurate.

Romney won in Ma as Gov. which is like 3 to 1 democrat to republican, and that is what terrifies obama and is why i think Romney could win big.
