Media Blasts Romney For Not Apologizing On 9/11
Breitbart.com ^ | 09-13-2012 | Dana Loesch

Posted on 09/13/2012 11:21:18 AM PDT by bronxville

MSM was furious with Mitt Romney today after he issued a strongly-worded condemnation of the state department's initial apology and today criticized the Obama administration for attempting to placate our attackers. Romney didn't apologize. He condemned. More importantly, he led. It was a move that shamed President Obama by comparison.

Media went into overdrive to protect Obama, their political investment. Politifact brought out three "apology" experts to help lay the groundwork for Obama to deflect. Multiple outlets attempted to reframe the focus on Romney's response, which they chided, as opposed to Obama's foreign policy fumble and his failure to fortify embassies abroad leading up to September 11th. Romney held a press conference and took questions whereas Obama refused questions and flew to campaign in Vegas. Reporters at Romney's presser were caught by a hot mic attempting to organize a narrative, not their questions, against him. BuzzFeed co-opted Politico's "anonymous source" formula to try to attack Romney's response. NBC denounced Romney (not the attackers, stunning). The NYT buried the attacks and joined Democrats in using Romney as a deflection for Obama's ineptitude.

The Huffington Post took a breather by asking 'why should they care about the death of a diplomat?'

Meanwhile Obama showcased his indecisiveness before he jetted off to Las Vegas right as angry mobs with guns approached our embassy in Cairo for a second time and two warships approached Libya.

"Media Blasts Romney For Not Apologizing On 9/11"

While it's a terrific article, the title is even better, beautifully crafted and sneaky. Love it.

The media can suck it up.

That move may have sealed the election for him.

You do have to wonder if the Chicago Union strike isn’t timed as a part of all of this. Didn’t the Egypt uprising stem from labor disputes? I’m REALLY starting to wonder..

Obama was untested on foreign policy his entire term.

The liberal media said he was going to make the world love us after Bush.

Obama got a phoney Nobel Peace Prize.

American embassies are being attacked all over the world.

The liberal media still lives in their Orwellian wonderland.

The real world can see Obama for the failure that he really is.

First, Romney is accused of being too soft; not willing to aggressively tackle the tough issues. And then, when he calls out Obama on his unforgivable Libyan debacle, Mitt’s accused of politicizing deaths and not being presidential. Hmm, if I recall, countless Democratic politicians and liberal news outlets ran daily death counts from the Iraq War & Occupation as their devout followers orchestrated monthly protests over a mere 4,500 casualties, barely over a thousand at the time, to incessantly bash Bush and increase their election chances. Naturally, in their infinite wisdom and objectivity, they failed to mention these totals – which were extremely low considering the duration, danger, and success of the campaign – paled in comparison to the death counts of single day, Civil War battles that were predominantly fought with muskets and bayonets. So much for truth and integrity.

My advice to Mitt Romney is to call it like he sees it: don’t sugarcoat it, don’t pander to your critics, don’t apologize for protecting America. The only way we will defeat Obama is to aggressively and unconditionally expose his radicalism and historic failure. Because liberals are willing to lie and deceive the public to no end – claiming we’re actually better off than 4 years ago, Democrats ended slavery, and that GM was a socialist success - we must deploy unflinching perspective and cutthroat common sense to properly frame the newest poster boy for Anti-American, Islamic sympathizing, Marxist failures: Barack Hussein Obama.

The MSM were commanded by the Great One to bully and intimidate Romney after he found a soft spot on the underbelly of the serpent.

Romney simply stepped out front and led America. Obama is sinking fast pulling just minted worthless dollars in with him...but how would this Amateur know, he has never owned a business, he has always worked for someone else when he worked, using other peoples money. He is now beggggggging for more time to repeat his mindless but on going to Fundamentally Change of America into a Third World Country - Barry is not comfortable with success. FIRE HIM!!

Yes, there’s something “fishy” about this whole thing but damned if I can put a finger on it other than it stinks. I read somewhere that the Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood President called for global “protests”. Thereagain I’m a kook who has always believed that Obama is a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

What he tells us and them are totally different which is why he gets caught in the web so much. Only for the cover provided by the pressitutes, and his color, he’d have been done a few months after he took office.

The MSM forgets that Romney IS NOT THE PRESIDENT. He has no responsibility in any of the lies and spin that the MSM is trying to blame him (for what Obama has done, and continues to do).

Obama is many things but today his gross incompetence and total lack of foreign policy strength stand high. ZERO is a great name (ignoring his hate for America and his Marxist ideology).

Mitt gets out front of Obama by making a single strong statement which, as time passes, actually begins to look and sound prescient.

And then the inept Obama administration tries to regain their lead by releasing a flurry of confusing statements some of which have to get walked back and others clarified (and some still left hanging...like the Ambassador being taken to the hospital, when he was reportedly raped and murdered).

Of course the press is p!ssed at Romney. He's winning and its killing them.

It was a move that shamed President Obama...

No it didn't...Obam has no shame...or brains...or guts...or experience...or birth cert...and on, and on, and on.

This is the apology which I think Romney should issue:

"I'm sorry that so much of our American media deems re-election of our terrorist appeasing president more important than a sound discussion of what American policy should be in these dangerous times.

I'm sorry that they are so sort-sighted that they seem to feel that the advancement of the goals of radical Islam are in their own interests, much less the interests of this nation.

I'm so sorry that they are so indoctrinated in the dogmas of liberal fantasy that they still can't see reality when it bites them in the butt. This concludes my apology to the ultra-partisan political hacks who call themselves journalists and chose to be offended by my earlier statement."
