Oh no, I think Obama is always the smartest guy in the room. That is, if the room in question is a small closet, and the other people in the closet with Obama are Biden, Pelosi, and Reid. The collective intelligence of those four nitwits wouldn't equal a gathering of kindergarten dropouts.
