Joe Scarborough has blamed Mitt Romney for the MSM's failure to cover the Obama administration's failure to heed intelligence warnings of a planned attack on the US consulate in Benghazi, Libya that resulted in the death of four Americans, including US ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.
Speaking on Morning Joe today, Scarborough said Romney "didn't allow us" in the media to report on the Obama administration's failures because he gave a "horrific, irresponsible press conference" criticizing Obama administration policy. View the video after the jump.
But Romney got in the way of the media looking at the president, going, wha-, wha-, what happened here? How did this happen? Now, those questions are going to be asked in the coming weeks. But they weren't asked in the first 24 hours because Romney was holding this horrific, irresponsible, press conference.

Scarborough should be ashamed he ever considered himself a conservative Republican. I remember that show he had called Scarborough Country I think on MSNBC before the network turned hardcore liberal, where the intro showed images of Reagan and you had a sense then that he was a conservative. Was he bought and paid for by the left at some point, as he sounds nothing like he did back then, and now he sounds like a typical left-wing idiologue.
