2016 Obama's America is still drawing great crowds. On Wednesday, it was the 2nd most viewed movie in America! If you have not seen it, please get to the movie this weekend. If you have seen it, you know you want to go again and take along some friends.
The success of this movie is certainly the most under reported story of the year.
There is some talk that next Friday, September 21, will be an Appreciation Day for 2016 Obama's America - conservative consumers could stun the media again like they did with Chick Fil a Appreciation Day.

I may have to go see it a couple more times. :)
The question is: How do we get it on TV before the election?
A most see movie. It is right on.
Third week in wide release, and it’s moving UP the list. Great news. Hopefully this snowballs.
Not to hijack, but another good one playing now is
“Last Ounce of Courage.”
Know writers, good folks from my little southern town, give it a shot too.
PS gonna go see 2016 this weekend.
Wonder if they’ll play it in NY
I heard Dinesh, on I think Dennis Miller, say that it will come out on DVD the middle of October and that he has been approached about some sort of airing on TV and is in talks with them.
I hope D’Souza makes a ton of money from his film ... but I hope my mid-October he has made “enough” and releases it from copyright (with the proviso that it is not edited) and allows it to be distributed over the Internet and to allow people to make DVDs for their friends and neighbors. Let’s skip one Romney fundraising mailing and send a copy to every independant household in America!
I wish it would’ve gone into his stolen Social Security number, forged Selective Service card, stolen birth certificate, etc.. I don’t see how Barack could be so obsessed with his dead father’s dreams.. I don’t buy that. Not at all. Especially since Barack Sr. is probably not his real father, anyway. The movie DID however underscore 0bama’s sabotaging of the United States, I believe just because he is a Marxist but not having anything to do with his father’s dreams. I think Bill Ayers wrote that book, anyway. False premise for the movie.
Considering the events of this week, it should have another very good weekend.
This film is connecting the dots for a lot of people who had no idea there were dots to be connected.
But with his world view, his incompetence, his narcissim, his disregard for the law - I wouldn't care if all the paper trail were pristine. I'd still want him out.
The mob that is the American public can only engage with simple messages, and the message should be this: "He has been a disaster operating within the restraints of an upcoming re-election campaign; he will be more of a disaster if he is re-elected."

NOTE: If daily grosses stop for a movie, it means that the respective studio is no longer tracking it on a daily basis. The exceptions are New Line, Miramax/Dimension and Sony Pictures Classics. They don't do official daily box office, and estimates are made for their movies based on partial data in order to fill out the top 12. Because of this, movies from these studios are more apt to disappear from the daily chart.
I wonder if it has shown yet in the White House? At some point the OUTRAGE should overwhelm the American populace and people DEMAND that the records of universities, passports, finances of the past be opened. I do hope I am around the day that at last the books are opened and we see what we all believe and we’re being told it’s not true.
I may have to go see it a couple more times. :)
27 million after 4 weeks. Ok we need to do more. Michael Moore’s movie 911 made 125 million so we have a ton to do yet to beat him. I am not sure how it made so much when our movie has been all over the press and discussed so much but people still are not seeing it.
Going to see it today.
Great, “Abe Lincoln Vampire Hunter” is still playing.
The first time we saw it (in Manchester, CT), there was a decent crowd of what seemed to be like-minded people who also despise Obama and plan to vote against him. The audience loudly applauded at the end of the movie.
The theater wasn't quite as full tonight (this was a smaller theater, and 2016 has been in our area for quite awhile now). The audience was stone-faced silent during the movie, for the most part.
When we left the theater, there were a few men (in their 40s or 50s) gathered outside in the hall... they looked shell-shocked. One guy nearly bellowed: "If I knew all that sh!t about Obama 4 years ago, I never would've voted for him! Wow..."
The other guys nodded in approval, and looked kind of sick...
My husband and I walked away and just smiled... ;-)
The movie speaks for itself. Thanks for the ping Nutmeg.
My mother and her friend saw it last week and were shocked by it. They are conservatives but not political junkies and a lot of the info was new to them. The husband of the friend then saw it and was shocked as well. He’s prominent in the community and instantly started organizing a fundraising campaign for Romney.
My takeaway is that while the movie mostly preaches to the choir, it seems to be that the choir needs preaching to. Even some conservatives are unaware of the extent of Obama’s ideological and psychological “otherness”.
