BS. Obama’s likability remains high because, when polled, many people don’t want to say they don’t like him because they fear that it will be seen as racist. And who knows how anonymous such polls really are.
Obama is plainly not likable. He is arrogant, elitist, narcissistic, and unwilling to shoulder even the slightest amount of blame for things that are obviously the fault of his own administration and policies. When it comes to empathy, he is bloodless. Most people either know or knew people at work who are/were just like this. What is/was said about such people openly is usually quite different than what is said about them otherwise.
And the latest example, White House Spokespunk Carney (Baghdad Jay) telling everyone that Muslims are attacking U.S. embassies and consulates because of some stupid movie no one has seen and not because of radical Muslim hatred of the U.S. and all western values - especially the truly good ones! - is as believable as 8 year-old Jimmy telling the teacher that the dog ate his homework. That is the Obama mindset, and it proceeds from a character that is as described above.
