Debbie Wasserman Schultz's Popularity Takes a Nosedive

Problems for the DNC chair began the week of the Republican National Convention in Tampa. In a fundraising letter Wasserman Schultz claimed that GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney had directly intervened in the writing of the party’s platform on policies regarding abortion.
The letter quotes its source as the Los Angeles Times, but as many media outlets and fact checkers have since pointed out, the supporting claims were misquoted and misrepresented in the article to which Wasserman Schultz was referring.
“Do you at least acknowledge that the quote you gave from the L.A. Times is completely incorrect?” asked CNN’s Anderson Cooper on Aug. 23, pressing the DNC chair on her assertions that Romney’s campaign directly wrote the GOP platform.

And to another poster: no, Obama did not want DWS as DNC Chair; no one else wanted the job after the 2010 disaster. No one else also wanted to deal w a petulant juvenile delinquent and street thug who happens to have a nice title.

When Wasshername limped in to give her (gag) speech, most viewers thought she was a refugee from a one-hit-wonder rock band, still hungover from hallucenogenic mushrooms.
As the convention cam panned over the delegates, it looked like Obama had given free tickets to the homeless and emptied out the mental health clinics.
Harrington received almost 40% of the vote in 2010 when the 23rd was then the 20th before redistricting. The 23rd is also made up of portions of four other districts so the numbers will not be very applicable to what happened in 2010.
So as a candidate that was unknown to get 40% in that district showed signs of a weakened Blabbermouth when the historical wins were over 70% over the last ten election cycles.
Now combine that with the redistricting, losing and gaining areas of the district map and add the incredible failure that Blabbermouth has been, Harrington has a credible shot of unseating her. Harrington is receiving lots of Party support to include the NRCC.
And to think, we are just getting to know her.
Never thought a nose dive was considered a fall from the curb to the gutter.

When that nose takes a dive, it leaves a pretty fair crater.

Elite journalist get 'help' from dem war room types - dem PR firms - in the form of friendly 'talking points' etc. Things to make journalists look smart.
I suspect someone in the democrat party wants Debbie Wasserman Schultz out - and they're letting journalist do the dirty work.
She needs to take her carpet bags and go back to New York.
