Neal Stephenson, Neil Armstrong and Neil Gaiman.
If you read the text on the page, Gaiman and Stephenson insisted on sitting in the photo in deference to the #1 Neil.

No flags at half staff that I know of. The media has almost completely ignored his passing. No documentaries about his life or the moon landing on tv, not even the science channel. This country has pissed on him.
