Nailed by the FBI. Not going to be any legal foul ups there, as they are very careful to get slam dunk evidence for a case like this.
While US police are very capable with sting operations, I think it is time to raise the bar a bit with some of these murderous fiends. Basically, to set ambushes for jihadis that end up with them being unceremoniously dumped down an abandoned mineshaft, with their target reset for the next bunch of homicidal kooks who want to go jihading.
No need for an indictment or trial. If they show up to an isolated ambush site, armed to the teeth with guns and explosives, hoping to kill some high value celebrity target, then they just disappear into thin air.
If they surrender, string them up on the spot and save some ammo. They still end up 150 feet underground with methane to breathe.

If this administration caves to the islamo facists who are demanding that our intelligence and law enforcement agencies not train it’s personnel about the dangers of islam, then there will be many more attempts that will be successful.
