My wife who is every bit the fashion maven Gurley-Brown wished she had been...blogs about cutting edge clothing stuff from odd places like Denmark .....thinks Kate Moss is a demigod for coolness and style at 40 and was a former music video chick herself back in the day before I corrupted her..and serially repopulated the earth with her
says for the record she thanks Gawd her man has guns and knows how to use them to protect her and all those spawn* she cares for in their home in the country
let me tell you kids here ..this from a dude who lived amongst the bots in NYC and lived with a Barnard prof when all this crap took off in the 80s
even the worst harridan strident fembot shrew deep inside still wants a man to be a man...open doors...go Rhett on her from time to time...see the movie...”the staircase incident”
and make her feel safe and taken care of
don’t be that little dwarf dweeb letting her drive the Prius
nut up!
*oldest manchild at 12 is actually adequate to fill in for pride leader if called upon...knows where they are and what to do with them...at today gorgeous dove hunt...he hit more than daddy to be honest...it was the guns’ fault (an 80 year old Sweet Sixteen modyfied)...lol...the doves felt sorry for me and flew lower and slower so I could see them
The pity is that what you write doesn’t come naturally to many young men today. Of course they get subjected to a non-stop deluge of propaganda that encourages them to be wimps so why should we be surprised...
#1...your wife is nothing but an all American woman.
#2...she appreciates an all American man, such as yourself.
#3...I’ve had a gun since the 80s, and won’t hesitate to use it...if I can find it. lol
#4...I appreciate a man who has a loaded gun, knows how to use it and, most importantly, knows where to find it quickly. ;o)
I like men doing what men are intended to do...protect their own, and be the hunters/gatherers.
I like what women were intended to do...be the bearers of the next generation and the nurturers.
Your oldest* is well on his way to being the man that you are.
*I’ve been on a dove hunt. I’d never shot a rifle before, but hit a dove flying through the air on my second shot. I went back to the jeep and cried. I wasn’t cut out to hunt, unless someone is hunting me.
