ORLANDO, Fla. — The NFL received its highest grade for diversity hiring practices but still has work to do.
The annual report by The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport on Thursday gave the league its third consecutive A grade on racial hiring and its first C-plus for gender hiring — it drew C's the past three years. The combined B score of 82.3 percent is tops for the NFL.
Richard Lapchick, the main author, attributes the improvement to what he sees as a push from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and his key managers.

I think I’ll file a class action suit (unless some team wants to hire me to warm the bench...at minimum NFL salary, of course).

I don't notice any of my "bruthas" in the NFL.

On the general subject of "diversity" I recall having seen a photo of the attendees at a press conference of doctors involved with BillyBob's open heart surgery.I don't recall seeing a single female or a single "person of color" at this press conference.But who knows,maybe the folks that cleaned the OR before the surgery were "of color".
His relevance is a sarcastic take on why is diversity important. Why is race such a determining factor as to what is diverse. Why is diversity so good?

Gee, I’m sorry. I missed it. Which team has a white starting halfback? Hmmmmm. Hey, how about that NBA. They had to go all the way to China to find a yellow guy. How many white guys START in the NBA compared to BLACKs vs the percent per capita????????????????? Of course NO ONE watches the NBA unless you want to see who was recently arrested for rape, murder, adultery, children out of wedlock, or carrying a loaded weapon.
